Updates from the Health Board
We know that it must be difficult for people who have family or friends in hospital and are unable to visit them because of COVID-19.
This is why will have set up our Letter to Loved Ones service, which people can access through our website here.
People can simply type an email an email message and this will then be delivered to a loved one whilst they are in our care.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return a response and to protect patient confidentiality this service is unable to provide updates relating to the treatment or any other detail of a person in our care.
People can also send a message via the Letter to Loved Ones telephone service on 03000 851234. The email service and telephone lines are manned 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We know how much keeping in contact with family and friends can mean to everyone so please help share the details about this service through your networks.
